To whom it may concern:
My wife and I are second time Stock Development homebuyers, and we thought it important to offer this letter to express our feelings about the process, from ‘inception to completion’.
We purchased the model at 7796 Classics Drive, after having become enamored with it the first time we saw it. We weren’t even actually looking to leave our home in Cottesmore; however, you built such a beautiful model home, that we had to have it. Although you didn’t build it with the intention of selling it before using it to ‘showcase’ your homes, we were able wrestle it away from Brian- and we couldn’t be more pleased that we did!
From the initial contact with Karen and our previous, Suzie-through the complete turnover process, the experience was professional and extremely friendly. We’d like to thank them for that, as being in the ‘commercial’ construction business myself, I know how long the hours can be and how frustrating the process is. They were exceptionally helpful!
The biggest problem that a builder faces, whether it be commercial or residential construction, is the final .01% of the project –which is the ‘punch-list’ completion. Well, I will tell you that initially you were falling very short of expectations, with someone in that position who was in ‘way over his head’.
And then came Marty! Marty and Glenn are a rare breed. They are not only incredibly professional and exceptional at their job, which is by far the most difficult to accomplish in the entire construction process, but they are ‘people pleasers’ without the B.S.. When Marty took over the ‘punch-list’, he proved that his ‘word and his reputation’ were strikingly important to him. When they said something would get done correctly, they saw to it that it actually happened- and saw it through to completion. There were no broken promises!
That type of employee is very rare, and is of utmost importance in maintaining the ‘integrity’ with which your company prides itself.
We just wanted you to know how much we appreciated the entire experience, and that you have found real gems in Marty and Glenn as a ‘close-out’ specialist!
Best Regards…

Mike and Charlene Conway are originally from Cleveland and have fallen in love with the Paseo lifestyle.
“Mike and I bought a casita and love it, but as we have settle in here we decided that we needed a little more space for entertaining,” said Charlene. “We would not consider leaving Paseo. Everyone is so friendly starting with the people at the gatehouse and continuing to the Village Center. We love the tennis program and have made many new friends there, as well as at the gym and lap pool. When we saw that the Esperanza neighborhood was being released for sale with larger single-family homes, we contacted the sales office and found a homesite that was perfect for us. The Ruffino floor plan has everything we wanted so we decided to sign a contract immediately.”

For Tom Paxson, who moved into a Montessa single-family home two and a half years ago, the draw of Paseo is largely the social environment.Paxson and his wife, Cheryl, and their 17-year-old daughter play tennis, relax at the pool and visit the on-site restaurants The Paseo Pub and The Bistro. Paseo’s 26,000-square-foot Village Center gives residents access to a movie theater, a fitness center, spa, a children’s water playground and more.
“There are always a lot of people biking and walking their dogs,” Paxson said of Paseo. “It’s a very active community. It accommodates the young to the old.”
