Final Homes Fifty Percent Complete In Provencia at Paseo

Stock Construction, the 2009 CBIA Builder of the Year, has completed fifty percent of the construction on the final three homes in Provencia Court, a single-family home neighborhood at Paseo.

According to Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales at Paseo, the roofs are being placed on the homes, which are scheduled for completion in early March. Forty-nine of the 52 homes in the lakefront neighborhood have already been sold and completed.

“Stock Construction has established an aggressive construction schedule for the winter sales season,” said Clark. “We are finding that quality new home inventory has shrunk dramatically in the last year. These homes will be an excellent opportunity to buy a new home in a highly amenitized community.”

Three different floor plans are being built, priced from the high $300s.

The Valencia is a two-bedroom, three-bath courtyard home featuring 1,878 square feet under air. The home includes a great room, an island-style kitchen and a detached cabana with a private bathroom. The home is a total of 3,942 square feet including the covered lanai, the courtyard, the covered porch and the two-car garage.

Stock Construction’s San Remo II is a two-bedroom/two bath great room-style home offering 1,809 square feet under air and a total of 2,529 square feet. It features a gourmet kitchen, a dining room, a study, a screened covered lanai and a two-car garage.

The Tivoli is a single-story, great room style home with 1,975 square feet under air and a total of 2,723 square feet, including a covered entry, an attached, two-car garage and a screened and covered lanai with a large furnished pool deck and spa.
