Stock Development Releases New Homes For Sale At Paseo

Stock Development has released two new buildings of flats and townhomes and a section of casitas at Paseo, the 2009 Community of the Year.

According to Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales for Paseo, a total of 14 flats and townhomes and six casitas are now for sale. Construction of the units is scheduled to begin in the next few weeks.

"Strong sales of 175 homes over the past two years has virtually eliminated our existing inventory here at Paseo,” said Clark. "Most of the townhomes provide beautiful water views across two of Paseo's beautiful lakes.”

According to Clark, 16 different floor plans are available among the 20 new homes being released.

"There is something for almost any lifestyle,” said Clark. "Homebuyers have recognized that there is nothing else like Paseo in Lee County,” said Clark. "These multi-family homes have won Best Product Design awards from the Lee Building Industry Association and the Village Center won the awards for Best Club Exterior, Best Club Interior and Best Pool Design.”
