New San Remo Model Open At Paseo

Stock Construction has opened a new San Remo model at Paseo, a gated, resort-style community located in South Fort Myers.

The San Remo is a two-bedroom, two-bath great room-style home offering a formal dining room, a study, a two-car garage, 1,647 square feet under air and 2,369 total square feet.

Lifestyle Interiors completed the interior design for the model using a palette of cool blues and grays that are complemented with warming tans and light browns. Dark brown cabinetry and select sleek dark furnishings add a tasteful elegance to the design.

The San Remo's great room-style floor plan provides homeowners with a comfortable home that seamlessly merges the indoors with Florida's beautiful outdoor environment. An open, centrally located great room with high ceilings dominates the main living area. The adjacent island-style kitchen and dining room are perfectly designed for entertaining. No fewer than five sliding glass door panels open from the main living area to a gorgeous pool and spa area.

The master suite is situated at the rear of the home. It is bathed in natural light from tall windows, which overlook the pool. It offers a pair of walk-in closets. The second bedroom closes off entirely to function as a private suite and the study is convertible to a third bedroom.
