Stock Development Unveils Four More Furnished Models At Paseo

Stock Development has opened four additional furnished townhome models at the Paseo Model Center, bringing the total number of models in the community to 18.

According to Claudine Léger-Wetzel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Stock Development, the new models include two flats and two townomes.

"Paseo offers homebuyers the most comprehensive selection of model homes in Lee County," said Léger-Wetzel. "The new Paseo model center is conveniently located adjacent to our on-site sales center and we have already had 1,500 visitors since its debut in the middle of January."

The Santa Clarita features an interior design by Robyn Puskas of Design Harmony. It is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath townhome offering formal living and dining rooms, an attached two-car garage and 1,989 square feet of living space.

The San Clemente is a two-bedroom, two-bath flat offering two large lanais, an attached two-car garage and 1,404 square feet. The interior designer is by Carlene Hofer-Doster of Pizzazz Interiors.

The San Pablo B will feature an interior design by Maria Price, also of Pizzazz Interiors. This three-bedroom, two-bath flat offers a large front porch, an attached two-car garage and 1,774 square feet under air.

The Santa Anna (end unit) is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath townhome featuring formal living and dining rooms, an attached two-car garage and 1,733 square feet under air. East Indies Home will be completing the interior design.

Paseo received a lot of attention in 2008 having won Community of the Year from the Building Industry Association for the second year in a row, as well as 21 Pinnacle Awards for product design, Clubhouse of the Year and Developer of the Year honors. In addition, the Paseo tennis center was designated a 2008 Distinguished Outdoor Tennis Facility by The American Sports Builders Association (ASBA) and Racquet Sports Industry Magazine.

Flats and town homes, including two- and three-story designs, are available in a total of 14 floor plans with two, three and four bedrooms and two or three baths. These homes range from 1,227 to 2,084 square feet under air and include one and two car garages. The unique orientation of the homes provide a safe place for children to play and it creates a sense of community as neighbors congregate on their porches.

Paseo also offers six casita floor plans ranging from 1,531 to 2,080 square feet under air. Each casita features two or three bedrooms, two-and-a-half or three baths and two floors of living. The casita blends the ease and luxury of maintenance-free living with the privacy of a single-family home in residences that are built around a common driveway.

Two neighborhoods of single-story, two-story and courtyard-style single-family homes are available. Plans range from 1,649 to just over 3,000 square feet under air plus attached two-car garages. Luxurious pool and spa upgrades are available and all four neighborhoods feature sweeping views of the Six Mile Cypress Slough and surrounding lakes.

Prices at Paseo begin at just $179,990.

The Village Center amenities include a full-service concierge, a bistro, an ice cream parlor, a pub, an internet café, a coffee shop, a 4,000 square foot fitness center, a business center and library, as well as spa services and a 90-seat theatre with a projection room and comfortable elevated seating. 
  
The resort-style pool features a poolside gazebo serving refreshments. Adjacent to the main pool is a large spa, a fitness-oriented lap pool and a children's water playground. The Sports Center includes six lighted, HydroGrid tennis courts, a fishing pier, four bocce ball courts and a basketball court.
